How to Make It

Step 1

Blend mangoes in a food processor until smooth

Step 2

Add sugar and beat again.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix the ice cream until it becomes thick and smooth.

Step 4

Add to the mango mixture and stir until smooth.

Step 5

Pour into a deep bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer from 2 to 3 hours


  • 2 Mangos Fresh Mango Eweesy - 1kg
  • 1/2 cup Metro Suger - 1kg
  • 300 ml Juhayna Whipping Cream - 0.5L
